``Honetsudori'' is a dish that originated in Marugame, western Kagawa Prefecture, and is made by grilling bone-in chicken thighs seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic.
When you bite into the freshly grilled bone-in chicken, the juicy meat and spicy seasoning will make you addicted. It is a new specialty of Kagawa and can be enjoyed throughout the prefecture.
